More about me

2015

Law degree with top honors and trainee in Tax Law.

I graduated with honors (110/110 cum laude) in Law, with a thesis on women’s rights titled “Child Brides: Reflections on the Philosophy of Law.”
During my studies, I spent a year at the University of Bochum in Germany through the Erasmus program, enriching my academic perspective in a European context.
I began my legal training at the law and tax firm Loconte & Partners in Rome.

2015

2016

Internship in Corporate and Banking Law at the Court of Rome.

I completed my internship at the Civil Court of Rome, focusing on Corporate and Banking Law. During this time, I was fortunate to meet my first true mentor, the judge I assisted in what became one of the most important, meaningful, and rewarding experiences of my career.

2016

2017

Master’s in “Business and Company Law” and Legal Consultant in International Corporate Law.

I completed the Master’s in “Business and Company Law: European and International Perspectives” at LUISS Guido Carli, presenting a thesis on debts arising from corporate demergers.

I worked as a Legal Consultant at the international Law and Tax Firm Pirola Pennuto Zei in Rome. It is here that I met Mario, my second great mentor, the Partner who played a key role in my growth, both professionally and personally.

2017

2018

Data Protection Officer Certificate and Legal Counsel at SACE.

I earned the title of Data Protection Officer and became Legal Counsel at S.A.C.E., the Italian public export credit agency.

2018

2019

Rome Bar Admission and Second Master’s degree in the U.S.

I decided to resign and move to the United States to pursue an LL.M. in International and American Law at Temple University in Philadelphia.
What’s an LL.M., you might ask? It’s a curious acronym for Legum Magister, the highest academic degree a lawyer can earn in Italy after completing law school.

During my time in the U.S., I developed a strong interest in legal tech and began exploring how technology can be applied within the legal profession.

My first entrepreneurial ideas

Back in Italy, I focused on analyzing the use of artificial intelligence in Italian courts, aiming to develop an algorithm capable of predicting legal outcomes.
I assembled a team of experts and… soon realized that the project wasn’t feasible. The Italian legal system is not yet ready for this kind of technology, and its foundation in legal interpretation—rather than precedent—makes accurate predictions particularly challenging. Reluctantly, I decided to shut the project down.

In the meantime, I became increasingly intrigued by the world of crypto and blockchain. I chose to dive deeper, studying the legal and tax implications of investments in decentralized finance, including crypto assets and NFTs.

2021

2022

My first startup in the legal tech/crypto sector.

The world of legal tech fascinated me, and together with two partners, I founded an innovative startup in Rome operating in the fintech/legal tech sector.
We created Cybertax, the first service in Italy to automate cryptocurrency tax calculations. The startup was incubated by i3P—the incubator of the Polytechnic University of Turin—and reached a valuation of €1.5 million.

That was when I truly discovered what it meant to be an entrepreneur: the pressure of generating revenue, existential doubts, the thrill of signing the first paying client, drafting five-year financial plans when you weren’t even sure what the next month would bring, team debates, and a shared vision that guided a path which was not always easy—or clear.

It was also an important year on a personal level: I got married!

2022

2023

I launch my website and social media pages.

I contributed to the drafting of the university textbook on legal informatics titled “Cento e una voce di Informatica Giuridica” published by Giappichelli Editore.
